We want everyone who works on a brand to be able to use ohzehntextiles.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. If something on the site gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it or get you the information another way.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the site.

What we have done

  • Keyboard. Everything you can click, you can reach and use with a keyboard, including the menus. The first thing on every page is a "Skip to content" link.
  • Visible focus. You can always see where you are on the page when you move with the keyboard.
  • Structure. Every page has one main heading, headings in order, and labelled page regions, so screen readers can move around it.
  • Text you can read. Text and controls meet the WCAG AA colour contrast ratios, including text over photos and film and on coloured sections.
  • Motion. If you have asked your device to reduce motion, the scrolling sequences become still images and nothing moves on its own. Film that plays on its own has a pause button.
  • Film. The film on the site shows the mill and the lab. None of it has speech or sound, so it has no captions. Film that carries information has a text description next to it.
  • Images. Photos that carry information have text descriptions. Brand logos are named. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Forms. Every field has a visible label. Errors are described in words, next to the field, and are announced to screen readers.
  • Zoom and small screens. Pages work at 200% zoom and on a phone without scrolling sideways.
  • Content without scripts. The words on every page are in the page itself, so they load even if scripts do not.

Where we know we fall short

  • Older articles. Our blog, glossary and city pages were written before this version of the site and moved across as they were. We have not yet reviewed all of them against the standard above, and some tables, images or forms may fall short. We are working through them.
  • The landed-cost calculator was also carried over from the old site and has not been fully reviewed yet.
  • Other sites. Our booking page, lftltd.com, ohzehn-tex.com and WhatsApp are outside this statement.

If you cannot use part of the site, email hello@ohzehn.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We can:

  • send the content of any page as plain text by email;
  • take a sample request, garment read or visit request by email instead of the form;
  • talk it through on a call instead.

We will reply by email.

How we checked

We reviewed the site ourselves on 27 September 2026, using automated tools (axe-core and Lighthouse) on desktop and mobile, and by hand with a keyboard only, with reduced motion turned on, and at 200% zoom.
