Intimates and lingerie manufacturer in China, from lace to finished bra.
Intimates is the hardest category to make well. The fabric sits on skin all day, the stretch has to come back, and a cup that feels different on the reorder is a return. We knit the warp fabrics intimates depend on, LFT, the group we sit downstream of, knits lace, and we cut, sew and finish the piece.

Warp knit: where bras and briefs get their hold.
Tricot, powernet and stable-stretch are warp-knit fabrics. They give a bra its hold and a brief its shape. A factory that only runs circular knit cannot make them, so it buys them in and the brand inherits someone else's fabric decisions.
We knit on warp, circular and seamless machines. The cup fabric, the wing and the brief can all be knitted in the chain, dyed to our own standards and tested batch by batch.
Lace lingerie: the lace comes from inside the group.

The LFT group designs, knits, dyes and finishes its own fabrics: wide lace, lace fabric, jacquard, mesh and swimwear fabric, used in women's underwear, bras, evening wear and fashion. LFT designs its own lace and jacquard patterns.
At the China (Shenzhen) International Brand Underwear Exhibition (SIUF), LFT was named "Annual New Manufacturing Force" for 2021 to 2022 and "Annual Preferred Supplier" for 2022 to 2023 in the China underwear industry.
In 2019, Teejay Lanka, the Sri Lankan textile mill, announced a lace partnership with LFT, under which LFT designs and supplies lace.
Shapewear: hold comes from the knit, not the marketing.

Shapewear runs on powernet and stable-stretch, or on seamless machines where the shaping is knitted into the tube. Seams are bonded where a stitch line would show through. Tell us what the garment has to hold and where, and we will tell you which construction does it.

Lace, fabric and sewing each have their own minimum.
A lace, a tricot and a powernet each carry a fabric minimum set by the knitting and dye run. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. A bra built from lace, tricot and powernet can clear one minimum and miss another. We quote against your style on a call and tell you which one binds your order, before you plan a range around the wrong number.

Questions about intimates.
Do you make bras?
Yes. We make bras and bralettes for brands, on warp-knit tricot, powernet and stable-stretch, on mesh, and on seamless machines, with bonded and coverstitch seams. Support level, cup construction and trims are set against your tech pack or a reference garment. Send one and we quote it against your style on a call.
Do you make lace lingerie?
Yes. The LFT group we sit downstream of designs, knits, dyes and finishes its own fabrics, including wide lace, lace fabric and jacquard, used in women's underwear, bras, evening wear and fashion. LFT designs its own lace and jacquard patterns. We build the lingerie around the lace with tricot and powernet for structure.
Can you make seamless underwear?
Yes. We knit on seamless machines, which build the garment as a tube with no side seams. Seamless suits underwear, bras and shapewear where a seam would show or rub. Tell us the garment and where it needs to hold, and we will tell you whether seamless or cut-and-sew does the job better.
What is the MOQ for lingerie?
Quoted against your style on a call. In intimates the question has several answers at once: a lace, a tricot and a powernet each carry a fabric minimum from the knitting and dye run, and the sewing side carries its own per style and colour. We tell you which one binds your order before you plan a range around it.
How is intimates fabric tested?
Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in an on-site lab the group part-owns. PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR. Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I, the strictest product class, the one used for babies' and toddlers' articles. The certificate belongs to the mill.
Do you make private label lingerie?
Yes. Ohzehn Textiles makes intimates for brands, to sell under the brand's own name. Work cut, make, trim with your own fabric, or full package, where we source or knit the fabric, develop the product and run the program. You build the brand. We build everything under it.
Do you make shapewear?
Yes. Shapewear runs on powernet and stable-stretch, or on seamless machines where the shaping is knitted in. Seams are bonded where a stitch line would show through. Tell us what the garment has to hold and where, and we will tell you which construction does it and quote it against your style.
