This policy explains the cookies and similar tools that Ohzehn Group LTD. uses on ohzehntextiles.com, what each one does, and how to change your choice. For everything else about your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Sites also use similar tools that work the same way, such as local storage and tracking pixels (tiny images or scripts that tell a service a page was viewed). In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks what you allow. You can accept everything, reject everything, or choose by type. "Reject all" sits right next to "Accept all" and takes one click.
In the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, only strictly necessary cookies are on until you choose. Analytics and advertising stay off unless you accept them. We work out whether you are in one of these places from your device's time zone, without looking up your location; if we cannot tell, we treat you as if you are.
Everywhere else, analytics and advertising cookies are on when you arrive, and the banner lets you turn them off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising starts off (see below).
Session recording is always opt-in. Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages get used, only starts after you actively accept analytics in the banner or in Cookie settings, wherever you are.
Change your mind at any time. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you turn a type off, we tell the tools that are running, stop them, and delete the cookies they set on this site. If you turn advertising off after LinkedIn's tag has loaded, the page reloads so the tag is fully gone. Cookies set on other companies' domains (for example facebook.com or linkedin.com) stay until they expire or you clear them in your browser.
Google Consent Mode. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to tell Google's tags what you chose for analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation. Google's tags do not load at all until you, or the default for your region, allow analytics or advertising.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your personal information. Advertising starts off on that browser, the banner tells you so, and "Accept" only turns on analytics. Advertising stays off unless you switch it on yourself in Cookie settings.
Browsers do not agree on what "Do Not Track" means, so we do not respond to it separately. We do honour Global Privacy Control.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
oz_consent (local storage) |
Ohzehn (this site) | Remembers your cookie choice and when you made it, so we do not ask on every page | 12 months, then we ask again |
oz_debug_tracking (session storage) |
Ohzehn (this site) | Set only when our team adds a testing switch to the web address, to check our tags. Visitors never get it otherwise | Until the tab closes |
Analytics (you can switch these off)
These tell us which pages get read and where the site is hard to use.

|---|---|---|---|

Google (Google Analytics) | Tells visits from different browsers apart | 2 years |

Advertising (you can switch these off)
These measure whether our ads work and let us show ads to people who visited the site. Under California law, turning these on means we "share" your information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Server-side copies to Meta. When advertising is on, our server also sends Meta a copy of a few events through Meta's Conversions API: viewing one of our main pages (samples, lab, factory, fabrics and the category pages), clicking our email address, and sending a form. Each copy carries the page address, your IP address and browser details, and the Meta cookie values above, so Meta can match it to an ad and count it only once. When you send a form, it also carries a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address. Google Ads receives the same hashed email address through its enhanced conversions feature. Neither sets a cookie of its own, and neither receives the contents of your message. When advertising is off, none of this happens.
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft also use what they collect under their own privacy policies:
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- LinkedIn: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com
