The short answers.
How do I contact Ohzehn Textiles?
Email hello@ohzehn.com, or use the form on this page. Tell us the garment, the category, what it is made of today and what you want to change, and attach a tech pack if you have one. If you would rather start with something physical, request a sample or send us the garment that came back wrong.
Can I visit the mill?
Yes. Visitors are welcome, and we book mill visits. Tell us who is coming and roughly when, and we will set it up. Standing on the floor before you commit is the quickest way to tell a mill from a broker with a deck, and we would rather you check than take our word for it.
Where is Ohzehn Textiles based?
Our own mill is in Fuzhou, Fujian, in China. We publish the city, not the street. Visitors are welcome, and we book mill visits. Ohzehn Textiles sits downstream of LFT, the Fuzhou knitting group at lftltd.com, and brings brands into that group.
What should I send in my first message?
A tech pack if you have one, or a reference garment or photos if you do not. Tell us the category, the fabric you use today and what you want to change. With that we can tell you which minimum governs your style, the fabric or the cut-and-sew, and quote against it on a call.
