Ohzehn Textiles runs PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR. Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in an on-site lab the group part-owns, so a batch is not left waiting on an outside lab. The lab and dye house have passed major retailer vendor audits. Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I.

Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in, knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab, which lets us control fabric from fiber through to finished garment, dye to our own standards, and test in-house rather than waiting on an outside lab.
On the group's floor: a wet-chemistry testing lab, an automated lab dye dispenser, sample dyeing machines, and burst and tensile testers.
The on-site testing lab and dye house have passed major retailer vendor audits.

A reorder that feels thinner, sits a different colour or gives up sooner did not change by accident. Something moved in the fiber, the knit, the dye, the finish or the sewing.
When fabric is bought in one place and sewn in another, nobody owns the whole chain, so nobody owns the drift. That is the gap the garment read is for.

The short answers.
What does your lab test?
Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in a lab the group part-owns. The testing lab is on site, so a batch is tested where it was made instead of waiting in an outside lab's queue. The lab and the dye house have passed major retailer vendor audits.
Is your chemistry PFAS-free?
Yes. PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR. PFAS is also on the panel every batch is tested for, alongside BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes. You see the test reports before you commit to a bulk order.
What certifications do you hold?
Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I. Class I is the strictest product class, the one used for babies' and toddlers' articles. Our mill in Fuzhou also holds completed Higg FEM verification for the 2025 cycle (Cascale, formerly SAC). Each belongs to the mill and is described as the mill's. If a certificate is not named here, we do not claim it.
What does OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Product Class I mean?
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 sorts the textiles it covers into product classes by how they are used. Product Class I is the strictest product class, the one used for babies' and toddlers' articles. Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I. The certificate belongs to the mill, and we do not stretch it over anything the mill does not hold it for.
Who owns the lab?
The testing lab is on site, and the group part-owns it. Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in, knitting and finishing, dyeing, and the lab, which is what lets us test in-house rather than wait on an outside lab. We say "part-owned" because that is what it is.
