About Ohzehn Textiles

Ohzehn Textiles is a full package apparel manufacturer with its own mill in Fuzhou, Fujian. We manufacture activewear, intimates and lace, swim and basics. We sit downstream of LFT (Luen Fung Textiles), a Fuzhou warp-knitting group registered in 2012, and bring brands into that group so a smaller brand can run from fiber to finished garment in one chain. Ohzehn Textiles is led by its co-founders: Dougie Taylor, Kelvin Liu, and JJ Chen, our Chief Operations Officer.

You build the brand. We build everything under it.

The whole chain, for brands that used to get pieces of it.

Big programs get the whole chain: knitting, dyeing, finishing, a lab and the sewing, answering to the same standard. Brands your size usually get pieces of it, bought separately, with a gap between each one where things drift.
We bring the group's facilities together so a smaller brand can run from fiber to finished garment in one chain, with customization that is not available when fabric and cut-and-sew are bought separately. We manufacture activewear, intimates and lace, swim and basics, and anything else that is knit.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.
Not a hypothetical capability.

Talk to any mill and you will hear what it could make. Here is what has come off programs we have run, as finished garments:
Rib tank tops and mesh muscle tanks. Kids’ activewear sets and soccer jerseys. Lace bralettes, nursing bralettes and lace bodysuits. Shaping briefs, lace-band underwear and lace sleep shorts. Underwear.
We don’t name whose label it shipped under. We will tell you about the garment, not the client, and that’s on purpose.
Downstream of LFT, a Fuzhou knitting group you can look up.

LFT is a warp-knitting group in Fuzhou, Fujian that designs, knits, dyes and finishes its own fabrics: wide lace, lace fabric, jacquard, mesh and swimwear fabric, used in women's underwear, bras, evening wear and fashion. It sells mainly to customers overseas, in Australia, the United States, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia and Bangladesh.
LFT designs its own lace and jacquard patterns. Its lab and dye lab sit on the group's floor: a wet-chemistry testing lab, an automated lab dye dispenser, sample dyeing machines, and burst and tensile testers.

Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in, knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab, which lets us control fabric from fiber through to finished garment, dye to our own standards, and test in-house rather than waiting on an outside lab.
The group part-owns the testing lab.

Who works on your program, and where each step of it runs, we walk through on the first call, against your style.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.
Our mill supplies fabric to garment manufacturers producing for brands including Skims, Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
Fabric from our mill has gone into garments for these brands, directly and through the garment makers who sew for them. Marks belong to their owners.
What we publish here, and what we quote on a call.

We publish the city, not the street. We name only the certificates on our lab page, each held by our mill. We do not publish minimums, lead times, capacity or price per yard, because those are quoted against your style. We do not publish case studies or testimonials, and we do not name which of the garments on this page went to which brand. If you want to check anything on this page, come and stand on the floor.

Visitors are welcome, and we book mill visits. Seeing the floor before you commit is the quickest way to tell a mill from a broker with a deck. We would rather you check.
The short answers.
Do you make the garment, or just supply fabric?
The garment. We knit the fabric, dye and finish it, test every batch in our own lab, then cut, sew and finish the piece, full package or cut, make, trim. We manufacture activewear, intimates and lace, swim and basics: we have run programs that included rib tanks and mesh muscle tanks, kids' activewear sets and soccer jerseys, lace bralettes, nursing bralettes and lace bodysuits, shaping briefs, lace-band underwear, lace sleep shorts and underwear. We don't name whose label they shipped under.
Who is Ohzehn Textiles?
Ohzehn Textiles is a full package apparel manufacturer, with its own mill in Fuzhou, Fujian. We sit downstream of LFT, the Fuzhou knitting group at lftltd.com, and bring brands into that group. Knitting and finishing, dyeing and an on-site testing lab work as one chain, so a brand can run from fiber to finished garment.
How is Ohzehn Textiles connected to LFT?
Ohzehn Textiles sits downstream of LFT, a warp-knitting group in Fuzhou, Fujian, and brings brands into that group. LFT designs, knits, dyes and finishes its own fabrics, including wide lace, jacquard, mesh and swimwear fabric, and sells mainly to customers overseas. It was registered in Fuzhou in 2012. Its own site is lftltd.com.
How is the group set up?
Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in: knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab. The group part-owns the testing lab. That is what lets us control fabric from fiber through to finished garment, dye to our own standards, and test in-house rather than waiting on an outside lab.
Who runs Ohzehn Textiles?
Ohzehn Textiles is led by its co-founders: Dougie Taylor, co-founder; Kelvin Liu, co-founder; and JJ Chen, co-founder and Chief Operations Officer. Who works on your program, and where each step of it runs, is something we walk through on the first call, against your style rather than in the abstract.
Has LFT been recognised in its industry?
Yes. At the China (Shenzhen) International Brand Underwear Exhibition, known as SIUF, LFT was named "Annual New Manufacturing Force" for 2021 to 2022 and "Annual Preferred Supplier" for 2022 to 2023 in the China underwear industry. In 2019, Teejay Lanka, the Sri Lankan textile mill, announced a lace partnership under which LFT designs and supplies lace.
Can I visit the mill?
Yes. Visitors are welcome, and we book mill visits. Tell us who is coming and roughly when, and we will set it up. Standing on the floor before you commit is the quickest way to tell a mill from a broker with a deck, and we would rather you check than take our word for it.
