Ohzehn Textiles is a cut and sew manufacturer in China, full package or cut, make, trim, for activewear, intimates and lace, swim and basics. On cut, make, trim, you supply the fabric. On full package, we source or knit the fabric, develop the product and run the program. Knitting and finishing, dyeing and an on-site testing lab run as one chain, from fiber to finished garment.

Fabric from one place. Sewing from another. The problem lives in between.

Big programs get the whole chain. Smaller brands often buy fabric from one supplier and cut-and-sew from another. When a reorder comes back different, the mill blames the sewing and the sewing blames the mill, and the brand pays for the argument.
Ohzehn Textiles brings the group's facilities together so a smaller brand can run from fiber to finished garment in one chain, with customization that is not available when fabric and cut-and-sew are bought separately.
You build the brand. We build everything under it.
Fabric and cut-and-sew, bought separately
One continuous chain

Here is what has come off programs we have run, as finished garments, not a capability list:
Rib tank tops and mesh muscle tanks. Kids' activewear sets and soccer jerseys. Lace bralettes, nursing bralettes and lace bodysuits. Shaping briefs, lace-band underwear and lace sleep shorts. Underwear.
We will tell you about the garment on a call. We don't name whose label it shipped under.
One group, one chain, fiber to finished garment.

Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in, knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab, which lets us control fabric from fiber through to finished garment, dye to our own standards, and test in-house rather than waiting on an outside lab.
The group part-owns the testing lab.

Fabric minimums and cut-and-sew minimums are different things.

The fabric minimum comes from the knitting and dye run. The cut-and-sew minimum comes from the style and colour on the sewing side. A brand can clear one and miss the other. We quote both against your style on a call and tell you which is which, instead of printing a single number that fits nobody.
Questions about apparel manufacturing.
Do you make finished garments, or just fabric?
Finished garments. We manufacture activewear, intimates and lace, swim and basics: we have run programs that included rib tanks, lace bralettes, soccer jerseys, shaping briefs and underwear, among others. We don't name whose label they shipped under. We knit and finish the fabric, then cut, sew and finish the piece, full package or cut, make, trim.
What is full package manufacturing?
Full package means the manufacturer handles the fabric as well as the garment. At Ohzehn Textiles that means we source or knit the fabric, develop the product and run the program. It suits brands whose fabric is part of the problem, or who want the fabric built for the garment rather than bought off a shelf and handed to a sewing line.
What is cut, make, trim?
Cut, make, trim, often shortened to CMT, means you supply the fabric and the manufacturer cuts it, sews it and adds the trims. It suits a brand that already owns a fabric that performs and a supplier who makes it the same way every time. The fabric decision stays with you; the garment is ours to get right.
Should I choose CMT or full package?
Choose cut, make, trim if you already own a fabric that performs and a supplier who makes it the same way every time. Choose full package if the fabric is part of the problem, if you are adding a category your current mill cannot knit, or if you want the fabric built for the garment. We will tell you which fits on the first call.
Are you a vertically integrated manufacturer?
Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in: knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab. That lets us control fabric from fiber to finished garment, dye to our own standards and test in-house.
Are you a factory or a broker?
Not a broker. Ohzehn operates through a group of facilities in Fuzhou that we own or hold ownership stakes in: knitting and finishing, dyeing, and an on-site testing lab. That is what lets us control fabric from fiber to finished garment, dye to our own standards and test in-house. A broker sells you access to someone else's floor. We book mill visits so you can stand on ours.
What is your MOQ?
We quote minimums against your style on a call, not on this page. Fabric minimums and cut-and-sew minimums are different things. The fabric minimum comes from the knitting and dye run. The cut-and-sew minimum comes from the style and colour on the sewing side. A single number on a website blurs them. We tell you which is which on the first call.
