Swim runs on warp-knit tricot, powernet and stable-stretch, the fabrics that give a swimsuit its hold and its shape.
On full package, we source or knit the fabric for the garment: the construction, the finish and the print decided together, not bought off a shelf and handed to a sewing line.
Pool or sea, decided at the start.

Pool and sea put different demands on swim fabric. Colour, stretch and hand all move. Tell us where the garment will be worn, pool, sea or both, at the start. The fabric and the finish are chosen against that on the first call, not after the first complaint.

From full-colour prints to a single mark.
Print is decided with the fabric, so the colour is planned for the base it sits on.
Sublimation, for full-colour prints on polyester and blends.
Digital print, for detailed artwork with many colours.
Screen print, for solid colour and graphic marks.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.

Fabric from our mill has gone into garments for these brands, directly and through the garment makers who sew for them. Marks belong to their owners.

Swim is seasonal, and the season does not move for a late sample. Talk to us while the range is still a sketch. Lead time is quoted against your style on a call, and the earlier we see it, the more room you have.

Fabric, print and sewing minimums are different things.

The fabric minimum comes from the knitting and dye run. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. Print can add a set-up of its own. We quote against your style on a call and tell you which minimum binds your order.
OHZEHN-TEX™, if you want it.

Questions about swimwear.
Do you make bikinis?
Yes. We make bikinis for brands on warp-knit tricot, powernet and mesh, with sublimation and digital print, and bonded or coverstitch seams. Cut, support and lining are set against your tech pack or a reference garment. Send one and we quote it against your style on a call.
Do you make swim boxers?
Yes. Swim boxers run on stable-stretch and mesh, with flatlock or coverstitch seams. Print is available as sublimation, digital or screen. Tell us where the boxers will be worn and we will build the fabric around it.
What fabric is swimwear made from?
Much of swimwear runs on warp-knit fabrics such as tricot and powernet, which hold shape and stretch in water. Our swim programs run on tricot, powernet, stable-stretch and mesh. OHZEHN-TEX™, our own bio-based fabric, is an option on top, not a requirement.
Is your swim chemistry PFAS-free?
Yes. PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR. PFAS is also on the panel every batch is tested for, alongside BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in an on-site lab the group part-owns.
Do you build swimwear differently for pool or sea?
Yes, by deciding it at the start. Tell us where the garment will be worn, pool, sea or both, and the fabric and finish are chosen against that on the first call, before the first sample, not after the first complaint.
What is the MOQ for swimwear?
Quoted against your style on a call. The fabric minimum comes from the knitting and dye run, the sewing side carries its own per style and colour, and print can add a set-up of its own. A single number on a website would blur them. We tell you which one binds your order.
Can you print swimwear?
Yes. Sublimation for full-colour prints on polyester and blends, digital print for detailed artwork with many colours, and screen print for solid colour and graphic marks. Print is decided with the fabric, so the colour is planned for the base it sits on rather than fixed afterwards.
