Bikini and swimwear manufacturer in China, from triangle to high-waist.

A bikini is a fit problem and a chemistry problem at once. Lining, hardware and seam placement have to hold on a body in motion, and the fabric under it all is chosen for where it's worn, pool, sea or both, decided on the first call. We knit the fabric and build the suit, so both sides of that problem get solved together.

Ohzehn Textiles makes bikinis and women's swim for brands from its mill in Fuzhou, China: triangle, bandeau, balconette, underwire and high-waist styles, one-pieces, tankinis and monokinis. We knit tricot, powernet and mesh, with sublimation and digital print. Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes.
Triangle, bandeau, balconette, underwire and high-waist.
Cut, support, lining and trims are set against your tech pack or a reference garment, then quoted on a call.

A bikini is two fabrics and a few small parts, all load-bearing.

Lining is a second layer of tricot or powernet bonded or coverstitched behind the shell fabric, there for opacity and support, not an afterthought. Ties, straps and the rings or sliders that adjust them carry real tension on a moving body, so the hardware is chosen for the fabric weight it sits on rather than picked off a generic parts bin.
Boning or a bonded wire casing goes in where a balconette or underwire top needs frame support, the same approach as an underwire bra, built for the pool and the sea instead of a closet.
Rash guards, swim leggings and modest swim.

Rash guards, swim leggings, swim tops and modest swim pieces run on stable-stretch or mesh, cut for fuller coverage and a closer, compression fit through the torso rather than the open-seam build a bikini uses. Tell us the coverage level and the fit you need and we quote construction against it.
Kids' swimsuits and rash guards, graded down.

Kids' swimsuits and rash guards run on the same tricot, powernet and mesh as the adult range, with the pattern graded for kids' sizing. Sizing and safety details are set against your spec on the first call.
Tricot, powernet and mesh.

Swim runs on warp-knit tricot, powernet and mesh, the fabrics that hold shape and stretch in water. Sublimation and digital print are decided with the fabric, not added afterward, and seams run bonded or coverstitch depending on the style. Tell us where the garment will be worn and we build the fabric and finish around it, on the first call rather than after the first complaint.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.

Swim is seasonal, and the season does not move for a late sample. Talk to us while the range is still a sketch, so lining, hardware and print have room to be decided properly instead of rushed.

Fabric, print and sewing minimums are different things.

The fabric minimum comes from the knitting and dye run. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. Print can add a set-up of its own. We quote against your style on a call and tell you which minimum binds your order.

Questions about bikinis and swim.
Do you make bikinis?
Yes. We make bikinis for brands on warp-knit tricot, powernet and mesh, with sublimation and digital print, and bonded or coverstitch seams. Cut, support and lining are set against your tech pack or a reference garment. Send one and we quote it against your style on a call.
Do you make one-pieces and tankinis?
Yes. One-pieces, tankinis and monokinis run on the same tricot and powernet base as a bikini, with the lining and boning or underwire built for a full-length fit instead of two separate pieces. Tell us the support level and we will tell you which construction holds it.
Can you build a modest-swim or rash guard line?
Yes. Modest swim and rash guards run on stable-stretch or mesh, cut for fuller coverage and a closer, compression fit at the torso. It is a section on this page rather than its own line yet; tell us the coverage you need and we quote it on a call.
Do you make kids' swimwear?
Yes. Kids' swimsuits and rash guards run on the same constructions as the adult range, graded down. Sizing and safety details are set against your spec on the first call.
What's the lining and hardware process?
Lining is a second layer of tricot or powernet bonded or coverstitched behind the shell fabric, set for opacity and support rather than added as an afterthought. Hardware, rings, sliders and clasps, is chosen for the fabric weight and finish so it sits flat rather than pulling. Both are decided with your reference garment before the first sample.
