Bra manufacturer in China, from wireless to underwire to lace bralette.

A bra is the hardest fit in the whole range. Cup shape, band tension and wing stretch all have to come back the same on the reorder, or the brand hears about it. We knit the tricot, powernet and stable-stretch a bra depends on, then build, bond and finish the piece.

Ohzehn Textiles makes bras and bralettes for brands, from its mill in Fuzhou, China: t-shirt bras, wireless, underwire, push-up, bralettes, lace bralettes, and nursing and maternity builds. We knit tricot, powernet, stable-stretch and mesh, and finish on bonded, coverstitch and seamless machines. Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes.
T-shirt, wireless, underwire, push-up and lace bralette.
Support level, cup construction and trims are set against your tech pack or a reference garment, then quoted on a call.

Moulded or cut-and-sew: the cup decides the shape.

A moulded cup is foam or foam-backed fabric heat-pressed over a cup mould, one seamless dome rather than stitched panels. It holds its shape run to run, which is why push-up, smoothing and most t-shirt bras use it. A cut-and-sew cup is built from two or three fabric panels stitched together, which gives a softer, more natural shape at a lower tooling cost.
Neither construction is better on its own. A reference garment or a tech pack tells us which one your brand is already selling, and whether the reorder drift you are feeling is a mould wearing down or a panel pattern that was never locked.
Underwire asks the frame for hold. Wireless asks the knit.

An underwire bra runs the wire through a stitched or bonded casing at the base of the cup, with tricot and powernet carrying the band tension around it. A wireless bra has no frame, so the hold comes from the fabric and the cup construction alone: stable-stretch or powernet for the band, moulded or cut-and-sew for the cup, bonded at the edge so nothing shows through a t-shirt.
Nursing and maternity bras are built wireless, with the clip or drop-cup mechanism designed into the pattern rather than bolted on, so the stretch around it still holds through the shape changes a nursing bra has to fit.

Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in an on-site lab the group part-owns. PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR.
Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I. Class I is the strictest product class, the one used for babies' and toddlers' articles. The certificate belongs to the mill, and we do not stretch it over anything the mill does not hold it for.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.

Fabric, lace and sewing each carry their own minimum.
A tricot, a powernet and a lace each carry a fabric minimum set by the knitting and dye run. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. A bra built from tricot, powernet and lace can clear one minimum and miss another. We quote against your style on a call and tell you which one binds your order, before you plan a range around the wrong number.
Lace bralettes run on fabric designed inside the group.

The LFT group we sit downstream of designs its own lace and jacquard patterns, which is where a lace bralette's lace comes from. We build the structure underneath it, mesh or seamless, with coverstitch and flatlock seams, so the lace holds its shape instead of stretching out at the band.

Questions about bras.
Do you make wireless bras?
Yes. Wireless bras get their hold from the knit instead of a wire: powernet or stable-stretch for the band and wing, with the cup built as moulded foam or cut-and-sew panels. Bonded seams keep the edge from showing under a t-shirt. Send a reference bra or a tech pack and we quote support level and construction against it on a call.
Do you make moulded cups?
Yes. A moulded cup is heat-pressed foam or foam-backed fabric shaped over a cup mould, which gives one seamless dome instead of stitched panels. It holds shape run to run better than a cut-and-sew cup, which is why most push-up and smoothing styles use it. Cut-and-sew stays the better call for a soft, natural shape or a lower-cost program.
Can you match an underwire pattern we already have?
Yes. Send the reference garment or the tech pack and we build the wire channel, band tension and cup pattern against it. Underwire bras run on tricot and powernet with a stitched or bonded wire casing, and we tell you on the call whether your pattern needs any change to hold on our machines.
Do you make nursing and maternity bras?
Yes. Nursing and maternity bras use the same wireless constructions, stable-stretch and powernet, with the clip and drop-cup trims built into the pattern rather than added after. Tell us the nursing mechanism you want and we build the pattern around it.
What's the fastest way to see if you're a fit?
Send a reference bra or a tech pack and request a sample. If you have a bra that came back wrong from another factory, send that instead. We will read it in our lab and tell you why, before you owe us anything.
