A hoodie lives or dies on hand-feel, the weight and softness you notice the second you put it on. That gets decided at knitting and finishing, not after the fact, so we build the fleece first and the garment around it.

Ohzehn Textiles makes hoodies and fleece for brands from its mill in Fuzhou, China: hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers and sweatpants, sold alone or as a matching lounge set. We knit brushed-back and loopback fleece to the GSM your spec calls for, with rib trims and coverstitch or flatlock finishing. Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes.
Hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers and sweatpants.
Fleece weight, hand and trims are set against your tech pack or a reference garment, then quoted on a call.
| Garment | Constructions | Seams and finishing |

| Sweatshirt | Brushed-back or loopback fleece, rib trims | Coverstitch |
| Jogger | Fleece or jersey, rib cuff | Coverstitch, elastic waistband |
| Sweatpant | Brushed-back fleece, rib cuff | Coverstitch, elastic waistband |
Brushed-back or loopback, and the GSM that decides the rest.

Brushed-back fleece runs the inner face through a brushing process that raises a soft nap, the hand people associate with a classic hoodie. Loopback keeps the knit's loop structure visible and untouched on the inside, a lighter, more structured hand that reads closer to a sweatshirt than a hoodie.
GSM, the fabric's weight per square metre, is the other half of the decision: a heavier GSM drapes and insulates differently from a lighter one, even on the same brushed or loopback base. Send a reference garment or its spec and we knit to match, rather than guessing at the weight from a swatch alone.
A hoodie and jogger, dyed to the same lot.

Pairing a hoodie and a jogger as a matching lounge set sounds simple until the two pieces come from separate dye lots and the colours do not quite match on the shelf. We run the set on the same fleece, dyed together, so a sand hoodie and a sand jogger are actually the same sand.

Fabric and sewing each carry their own minimum.

A fleece knit carries a fabric minimum set by the knitting and dye run, per colourway. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. A lounge set across a hoodie and a jogger can clear one minimum and miss another. We quote against your range on a call and tell you which one binds your order.

Questions about hoodies and fleece.
Do you make hoodies and sweatshirts?
Yes. Hoodies and sweatshirts run on brushed-back or loopback fleece, with rib trims at the cuff, hem and hood opening, and coverstitch or flatlock seams. Weight and hand are set at knitting and finishing, against your tech pack or a reference garment.
Can you match a fleece weight we already use?
Yes. Send the reference garment or its GSM spec and we knit to match. Brushed-back fleece gives a soft inner face for a classic hoodie hand; loopback keeps the loop structure visible for a lighter, more structured sweatshirt. We tell you on a call which one your reference is actually built on.
Do you make matching lounge sets?
Yes. A hoodie or sweatshirt paired with a matching jogger or sweatpant runs on the same fleece, dyed to the same lot so the colours match across the set, a detail that is easy to get wrong when the two pieces are sourced separately.
What's the difference between your basics lounge sets and your intimates sleepwear?
This page is sweats-weight loungewear: brushed-back or loopback fleece, built for a hoodie and jogger set. The sleepwear cluster on the intimates side of the site is silk or satin-hand fabric, built for pajama sets and nightgowns, a different fabric and a different buyer. We keep the two separate rather than folding them into one page.
