Sports bra manufacturer in China, built for support that holds.

A sports bra fails one way: the band or cup loses its hold mid-set, not on the hanger. We knit the powernet and mesh that decide that, choose seamless or bonded construction to match the support level, and build the piece to hold through the workout it is sold for.

Ohzehn Textiles makes sports bras for brands from its mill in Fuzhou, China: low, medium and high support, wire-free and moulded cup. We knit powernet, mesh and stable-stretch, and finish on seamless or bonded machines depending on the support level. Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes.
Low, medium and high support, built on purpose.
Support level, cup construction and strap width are set against your tech pack or a reference bra, then quoted on a call.
| Support level | Build | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Low support | Seamless, soft cup | Yoga, studio, low-impact |
| Medium support | Powernet, mesh, seamless or bonded | Training, cycling |
| High support | Powernet band, moulded or bonded cup | Running, high-impact |
No seam under a tank, or a structured band for impact.

Seamless knits the band, cup and strap as one piece with no side seam, which suits a low or medium-support bra meant to disappear under a tight tank. Bonded construction cuts powernet panels and bonds the edges, which gives a firmer, more structured band for a high-support bra that has to hold through running or jumping.
Neither is better on its own. The support level you are selling decides which one actually holds.
Powernet and mesh.

Powernet carries the band tension that gives a sports bra its support, and mesh adds breathability at the panel lines where heat builds up fastest.
If the fiber itself is the question, start with OHZEHN-TEX.

This page is the manufacturing capability: support, construction and fabric for any sports bra program. If what you actually want is a bio-based fiber instead of virgin synthetics, that is a separate, specific build through our sister brand OHZEHN-TEX, on bio-based nylon with a bio-based stretch fiber. The two questions are related but not the same, so we keep them on separate pages and link both ways.
Sports bra fabric, tested every batch.

Every batch is tested for BPA, PFAS, phthalates, heavy metals, formaldehyde and azo dyes, in an on-site lab the group part-owns. PFAS-free chemistry, no fluorinated DWR.
Our mill holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class I. Class I is the strictest product class, the one used for babies’ and toddlers’ articles. The certificate belongs to the mill, and we do not stretch it over anything the mill does not hold it for.
Big enough to hold those programs. Small enough to take yours.

A powernet and a mesh each carry a fabric minimum set by the knitting and dye run. The sewing side carries its own, per style and colour. We quote against your style on a call and tell you which one binds your order, before you plan a range around the wrong number.

Questions about sports bras.
What support levels do you build?
Low, medium and high support, set by the powernet and mesh combination and whether the cup is bonded or moulded. A low-support bra runs lighter powernet and a soft cup; a high-support bra adds a firmer powernet band and a moulded or bonded cup for hold during impact. Send a reference bra or your tech pack and we match construction to the support level you are selling.
Do you build seamless sports bras?
Yes. Seamless knits the band, cup and strap as one piece with no side seam, which suits a low or medium-support bra where a seam would show under a tight tank. Bonded construction, cutting panels and bonding the edges, suits a high-support bra where the band needs a firmer, structured hold. We tell you which one fits your support target.
What's the difference between this page and your plastic-free sports bra guide?
This page covers the manufacturing capability: support levels, construction and fabric for any sports bra program. The plastic-free guide covers a specific fiber-chemistry build, bio-based nylon instead of virgin synthetics, through our sister brand OHZEHN-TEX. Start here for construction, start there if the fiber itself is the question.
Can you match a reference sports bra?
Yes. Send the reference bra or a tech pack and we build the band tension, cup construction and strap width against it. Request a sample to see it on fabric before you commit to anything larger.
